A situation or a problem always consists of multiple causes (cause = deviation of norm/expectation), contributing circumstances and breached barriers. With CoThink Event Mapping you unravel the situation, reduce complexity and therefore the most appropriate actions to solve the situation become apparent.
One of the causes for the fact that some actions are not implemented properly is that the responsibility for that action is not clear. Therefore for every part of the Event Map a “problem owner” can be appointed.
