A leading thinker and expert on communication and PR not just in India but globally, Xavier Prabhu, speaks on topics ranging from entrepreneurship, leadership, success, social media & digital, communication, branding to PR extensively both within in India and overseas. He currently does a speaking or workshop engagement once every two weeks and is probably one of the few Indian professionals to have spoken in 14 countries across 3 continents. Be it leading a workshop in Tokyo, a VIP speaker at a global conference in Almaty, Kazhakstam, Key speaker at an international conference in Teheran, Iran to addressing a breakfast roundtable in MIami, Florida, he has been on the road less taken.

Currently, Xavier is building one of India’s promising consulting to communication groups consisting of 3 distinct business units. PRHUB – the flagship brand is recognized as among India’s leading full-service PR firms; Mindsparks – a fledgling creative and marcom boutique; and PRHUB Digital – a fast growing social media/digital firm. The group has 5 offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and New Delhi and employs close to 60 highly qualified professionals. A first generation entrepreneur, he built the current business from scratch (starting with one computer in his home in late 2001) to where it is today through sheer perseverance and hard work. In all the firms, he is building a strong professional team with senior, experienced professionals at the helm so the business can be sustained and grown.

Married, Xavier has two young friends in Rittvik and Sibyl. He loves travelling, writing, food, music, sports and dancing. He is also a multiple hobby enthusiast and amateur art/craft collector. He has two books in the making – one purely in the head and another half-baked (hopefully in the shelves some day).
