Ms. Archana is a first generation entrepreneur and is the Founder of JollyEventz.com, an online portal for venue booking and event promotions. She is the Head of Programs & Relationships at NativeLead Foundation, a not for profit organization promoting entrepreneurship in Tier II and III regions. As a person passionate about startups and social change, she is working with several entrepreneurs on transforming their ideas into reality. Archana handles workshops for student-to-be-entrepreneurs. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 2012, she earlier was with TCS and worked in GIS & IT based projects.

Archana holds a graduate degree in B.E. Geo-Informatics from the prestigious College of Engineering, Guindy campus. Right from her college days she has been actively involved in community activities. As a student, she along with friends started “BUDS Foundation”, a NGO that believes “local problems can be solved by local people themselves”. Through BUDS, she has organized educational camps at village level, empowered several women through vocational training and is currently working on solving environmental issues. Archana has delivered motivational talks at various colleges, meetings and conferences. In 2014, She was recognized as a “Women Achiever” by Aakriti club of CEG. She is a proud Rotarian & is associated with the Rotary Club of Madurai.

Archana is happily married to Stalin and lives in Madurai. Loves to draw, paint and do creative art & crafts.
